"This report started with a group of 21 men who were taken by a travel car and wanted to stay at one of the inns located at Karang Paranje Beach, Karyasari Village, Cibalong District, Garut Regency, West Java," said Indra (Head of the Class I Non TPI Tasikmalaya Immigration Office). At that time the innkeeper asked for the identity of the group of guests, but they could not show their identity. "Following up on the report, the Cibalong Police, Garut Regency, immediately went to the inn and conducted an examination of the 21 men. It turned out to be true so the Police coordinated with us, after we checked further it was true that they were foreign nationals," said Indra. Based on the findings, Indra said that his party was authorized to take administrative immigration action. Until now, 21 Bangladeshi men have been secured in the Tasikmalaya Class Immigration Office Detention Room.
